Art 1 – Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
Recupy is the service provider that enables the creation of online radio stations. It also develops bespoke mobile apps and websites.
These services are detailed on the website www.recupy.com. The current general terms and conditions of sale govern the terms and conditions of the contract between the buyback and its customer, and both parties agree to them unconditionally.
These general terms and conditions of sale will take precedence over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document.
The customer hereby acknowledges that he has read the general terms and conditions of sale and unconditionally accepts them prior to any subscription to such websites.
The customer acknowledges that he or she is a skilled adult or has legal authority in writing with a date and signature to allow such a subscription.
Art 2 – Definitions
Customer: Refers to the real or legal person who places an order through websites.
Websites: Refers to the Web sites published by Recupy that can be accessed at www.recupy.com and www.recupy.com/cp.
Personal Account: It refers to the personal area reserved for the customer, which can be accessed using the login name and password to the services.
Content: All information posted online by the customer through the use of the services.
Data: All information stored by the client in his personal account.
Radio Server: Refers to hosting that allows radio stations to broadcast online.
Radio Website: Refers to the website created for radio stations.
Radio Mobile Application: Refers to a mobile application created for radio stations.
Chrome Extension: Refers to the browser extension created for radio stations.
Design Service: Refers to the service fee charged at the rate of 25% of the total price in case of cancellation of the Radio Mobile App and Chrome Extension orders.
Art 3 – Products and Services
The prices of the products and services are explained in detail on the website.
Users rent the product or service by paying according to the selected frequency (monthly, semi-annually, annually).
After the purchase, all details about the relevant product or service are sent to the user via e-mail.
3.1. Internet Radio
It is a broadcast streaming hosting service that enables users to create internet radio.
The purchased service user information is sent to the customer by e-mail within 48 hours at the latest.
3.2. Radio Website
It is a hosting service that allows users to create websites for their radios.
The purchased service user information is sent to the customer by e-mail within 48 hours at the latest.
3.3. Radio Mobile Application
It is a service that enables users to create mobile applications for their radios.
The hosting and release time of the purchased service depends on the selected service provider. (Google Play, Apple Store)
The application will be published from Recupy’s Google Play and Apple Store accounts.
The order start date of the purchased product will be updated as the release date of the product in the store.
3.4. Radio Chrome Extension
It is a service that allows users to create a browser application for their radio.
The hosting and release time of the purchased service depends on the service provider. (Google Chrome)
The application will be published from Recupy’s Google Store accounts.
The order start date of the purchased product will be updated as the release date of the product in the store.
Art 4 – Technical Support
It offers technical support aimed at providing customers with all necessary assistance for the use of the services online. Recupy will make every effort to provide a quality service in the use of products or services.
Art 5 – Prices
The prices of the services shown on the Websites are in Euros, Dollars or Turkish Lira including VAT; Any changes in the legal rate, especially VAT, will be deducted from the price of such offers.
During subscription, the full price including VAT is paid by the customer.
The stated fees will be valid for the price offered on the order date on the recupy.com site. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
An e-invoice showing VAT will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
Art 6 – Return and Cancellation Conditions
Recupy accepts unconditional return and refund within 14 days from the date of order for Internet Radio System and Radio Web Site products.
The refund will be made within 10 business days to the credit card / debit card or bank account where the purchase was made.
Radyo Mobile Application and Chrome Extension products will be refunded within 14 days with a 25% design service fee.

Art 7 – Subscription
If the purchased products or services are not renewed within 7 days after the subscription period expires, the relevant product or service will be removed from Recupy servers and services.
Customers will be notified by e-mail about the subscription period of their products or services.
Art 8 – Delivery Times
Internet Radio and Radio Web Site orders will be activated within 48 hours at the latest and user information will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address.
The delivery time of the Radio Mobile App and Chrome Extension varies depending on 3rd party applications.
Art 9 – Publishing Rights and Legal Obligations
All services provided by Recupy must be used for legal purposes. Recupy accepts the Law of the Republic of Turkey. Recupy server presentations made in any written, audio or visual content, the material can not be contrary to the Republic of Turkey Act. Otherwise, all material and moral responsibilities that arise / will arise belong to the customer. Service provider Recupy is not liable.
Customers guarantee that Recupy will not be harmed by the services it provides.
Trademark or copyright infringement is prohibited on our services. This covers any transaction involving unauthorized music copying, books, photos or any copyrights. Selling a fake version of any trademark services will result in immediate deletion of your account.
When any account that violates these rules or violates copyrights is detected, the account will be frozen or deleted completely.
Art 10 – Use of Resources
The system does not allow storage space and traffic overrun within the service purchased by the customers. The inode limit is 75,000. When your inode count reaches the limit, you cannot receive any e-mail or upload any files to your website. That’s why it’s important to keep track of your inode count on your control panel screen. Services that exceed the limit of 75,000 inodes or storage file size are automatically disabled from the backup service in order to stabilize the average usage of the backup service, no backup of the site that runs out is not taken by the system. Each file (web page, image, e-mail, log file, folder etc.) uses 1 inode.
We do not like to freeze the accounts of users who do not exceed the usage limit too much; However, we frequently examine and / or freeze the accounts of users who create and delete large files, create hundreds of thousands of files or cause damage to the system.
10.1. Traffic Usage
You will have a certain traffic limit according to the package you purchased. If this limit is reached / exceeded, the purchased service (s) may be automatically suspended until the next month or until more traffic is purchased. The tracking of the traffic used is yours. Unused traffic cannot be transferred to the next month. Other than the package, any usage over the additional traffic you purchased will be billed for the next month and you agree that you will pay this fee within the requested period without objection.
